At AG Wallets, we’re a small, family-owned business — and we know how hard you work for your money. That’s why we’re committed to making things right if something doesn’t go as expected.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at support@agwallets.com as soon as possible so we can help.

Not completely satisfied?

No problem — we understand. You may return your item for a full refund of the purchase price.

• You may ship the item back at your own expense
  OR
• We can provide a return label, and deduct the cost from your refund total.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
